Delivering Improvement

Improved business performance is a daily challenge, and your business processes and internal systems play a key role. Staff training and awareness are critical success factors to achieve an effective system and continual improvement.

We have developed our training programmes to help you implement and improve your management system, using real-life case studies and experienced tutors. Our programmes are practical and hands-on to develop staff skills. From awareness to auditing qualifications, we can look after your training needs.

Our instructors have led successful training in both small and large companies in the public and private sector. They are accredited lead auditors, with wide international experience in developing and delivering training courses. The programmes are delivered as a blended mixture of presentations, role-play and group work exercises to enable participants to acquire a solid grasp of the subject.

Whether you are a senior manager requiring an overview of management system requirements, a quality/environmental manager charged with developing and implementing a management system or an individual performing internal audits, we have a course that meets your needs.

Categories of programme

We offer several categories of programmes to suit your needs:

Awareness/Executive Briefings

Training for staff members and senior managers to enable them to understand the principles and the need for effective management systems. The programmes provide a general overview of a given management system and the contribution required of all staff members.

Offered when a standard is updated. These courses provide an overview of new requirements, what has changed from the old version, and the impact of the revisions on a given management system. Usually a one-day course.

Internal Auditor

Covers all aspects of becoming an internal auditor: in-depth knowledge of the standard you are auditing to, and active practice in conducting an audit. Usually a two-day course.

Auditor Conversion Course

If you are qualified in one standard and wish to add another to your portfolio, you will need to attend an auditor conversion course. The aim of these courses is to help auditors in one management system (QMS, OHSAS, etc) to transfer their skills to auditing another system. Usually a three-day course

Lead Auditor Course

If you are aiming to become a professional lead auditor, or conduct first-, second- or third-party audits, this type of programme will give you a solid foundation which includes elements of ISO 19011 (the essential standard on how to conduct audits) as well as the management system concerned. Such courses are a key requirement in becoming a Registered Auditor or Lead Auditor. Usually a five-day course.

Flexible Formats

Our programmes are available in three formats:

  • In-house training
Programmes on your premises for cost-effective staff training
  • Open courses
Participants from different organisations benefit first-hand from sharing information and experience on how to apply what they have learned in different working environments
  • Bespoke Programmes
We can work together with you to design a programme specially tailored to your needs, incorporating company-specific content.
